Service Execution: Delivery timelines are estimated based on the chosen route (Sea or Land) and are subject to carrier schedules, port clearances, and customs processing.

Documentation: All shipments must be accompanied by accurate commercial invoices and packing lists. Delays caused by incorrect documentation are the responsibility of the shipper.

Tracking: Clients will receive regular updates regarding the status of their cargo via their preferred communication channel (WhatsApp or Email).

Customs Clearance: While we provide customs services, the client is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and regulatory fees imposed by the UAE or destination authorities.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a service provider, our refund policy is governed by the stage of the logistics process:

Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled before the vehicle/container has been dispatched or the booking confirmed with the carrier, a full or partial refund may apply (minus administrative fees).

Non-Refundable: Once cargo has been picked up, loaded, or customs documents have been filed, the service is considered "in-progress," and fees are non-refundable.

Demurrage & Detention: Any additional charges incurred at ports or borders due to delays beyond our control are not eligible for refund and will be billed to the client.

3. Service Warranty & Liability

Standard of Care: We warrant that all services (Freight, Land Transport, Customs) will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

Cargo Insurance: While we ensure the highest safety standards, our liability is limited. We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive Cargo Insurance to cover loss or damage during transit.

Claim Period: Any discrepancies or damage observed upon delivery must be reported in writing within 24–48 hours of receipt to initiate an investigation.
